Actually, it was more that I lost track of the IP for the Rio yard work. But, yeah, that was kinda embarrassing.

Haha, hate to laugh at others mistakes but that was a classic. Who knew the Mexicans had so much in 1035. They must have suffered the same fate as anchient Atlantis shortly after!

IIRC the rules, you can convert excess steel production to IP.

But 9 points is over 2.5 years worth for Brazil during normal periods, assuming fixed IP production.

And you have used some of the steel.........

I went to wartime production in Q1. However, I'll go back over the rules, perhaps I messed up a conversion somewhere.

EDIT: Yeah, I made a big time FUBAR here. I'll have to go back and fix it.
