Too many guns on a hull too small. Think of the gun crews you need to put somewhere. Deck space will also be rare with all that stuff - and deckspace you need as a minesweeper.

I also think 150 shells is not enough for a 88mm gun. You´ll run out of ammo within 10 to 15 minutes of gun fight. On the other hand your ship won´t survive any beating anyway. Still....

Eliminate the 37mm and increase the ammo perhaps? Still their job will be to escort civilian traffic and protect them from subs. But I agree they will not survive any serious surface threat.

Should it be possible them to increase the number of depth charges? With less tonnage of that gun I can increase the number of depth charges on board plus put the launchers in the aft position.

Looks fine to me - fairly similar in capability to my own anti-submarine launch, actually.
