Valkyrie II class fleet escort cruisers are specifically designed to use the 120mm turrets designed to be retrofitted to the "Hel" class CAs. They are to supplement the anti-aircraft capabilities of the fleet. Turrets simmed as triples to simulate increased weight of HA/LA mounts, twins actually mounted.
