To counter Argentina's two battlecruisers no doubt. I imagine it is being built in a foreign yard at this time. Possibly using scrap from the coastal ship as payment at first.

Chile will need to examine the proposed Brazilian design to see if Chile needs Battlecruisers or if the Heavy Armored Cruisers of the Oyama type will do combined with the new Intermediate Battleship designed to counter the Argentinian Battlecruisers.

Do you have a springstyle file on the coastal battleship?

[Damnit, I knew I missed something. It's tentative and not at all final.

Ithekro: You have 2/3 right.]

The Império do Brasilia is dismayed at the apparent leak of information regarding a new class of battlecruisers. While Her Imperial Highness Isabell II is pleased with the speed and alacrity with which the Serviço Imperial de Informações has stopped the flow of information, it must be acknowledged that a new ship of the line has been discussed with certain parties. To those parties, on behalf of Her Imperial Highness, the Império do Brasilia most profusely appologizes for the breach of confidence. Further discussion of the new class outside of the contracting parties would not be appropriate at this time.

[They're the predreads listed in the Brazilian fleet list. The Brazilians considered them coastal battleships.]
