Which slip, where? There's a few Type 0 slips, so it could be at Belgrade or at Bar.

Heh, well,if you were upgrading the slip at Belgrade I'd have expected you were planning a large river monitor of some sort. Bar makes more long-term sense, certainly, but Belgrade was a possibility.
