If these factories have been dedicated to infrastructure production all year, this quarter they should also produce 0.5 bonus points. Assuming that all those bonus points went to the Type 1 drydock at Port Moresby, it would have 0.7 pts remaining.

A maximum of 0.5 pts may be put into a project per month.

...or 1.5IP/Q.

The "bonus points", however, can be used without restriction.
