re-designing ships

I've redesigned the Saratov class carrier escort cruisers now under construction to conform to the .75 hull strength rule:

Saratov class, Russian Carrier Escort laid down 1929

Displacement:
4,267 t light; 4,492 t standard; 5,458 t normal; 6,231 t full load

Dimensions: Length overall / water x beam x draught
523.30 ft / 501.97 ft x 46.92 ft x 18.86 ft (normal load)
159.50 m / 153.00 m x 14.30 m x 5.75 m

Armament:
6 - 5.98" / 152 mm guns (3x2 guns), 107.15lbs / 48.60kg shells, 1929 Model
Breech loading guns in turrets (on barbettes)
on centreline ends, majority forward, 1 raised mount - superfiring
2 - 3.94" / 100 mm guns (1x2 guns), 37.48lbs / 17.00kg shells, 1929 Model
Dual purpose guns in a deck mount with hoist
on centreline aft, all raised guns - superfiring
12 - 3.94" / 100 mm guns (6x2 guns), 37.48lbs / 17.00kg shells, 1929 Model
Anti-aircraft guns in deck mounts with hoists
on side, evenly spread, 2 raised mounts
32 - 1.46" / 37.0 mm guns (8x4 guns), 1.55lbs / 0.70kg shells, 1929 Model
Anti-aircraft guns in deck mounts with hoists
on side, evenly spread, 4 raised mounts
Weight of broadside 1,217 lbs / 552 kg
Shells per gun, main battery: 150

Armour:
- Belts: Width (max) Length (avg) Height (avg)
Main: 1.97" / 50 mm 435.53 ft / 132.75 m 9.84 ft / 3.00 m
Ends: Unarmoured
Main Belt covers 133 % of normal length

- Gun armour: Face (max) Other gunhouse (avg) Barbette/hoist (max)
Main: 1.97" / 50 mm 0.20" / 5 mm 1.57" / 40 mm
2nd: 0.98" / 25 mm 0.20" / 5 mm -
3rd: 0.98" / 25 mm 0.20" / 5 mm -

- Armour deck: 0.59" / 15 mm, Conning tower: 2.95" / 75 mm

Machinery:
Oil fired boilers, steam turbines,
Geared drive, 2 shafts, 59,638 shp / 44,490 Kw = 32.00 kts
Range 10,800nm at 15.00 kts
Bunker at max displacement = 1,740 tons

Complement:
316 - 412

Cost:
£2.093 million / $8.373 million

Distribution of weights at normal displacement:
Armament: 140 tons, 2.6 %
Armour: 595 tons, 10.9 %
- Belts: 334 tons, 6.1 %
- Torpedo bulkhead: 0 tons, 0.0 %
- Armament: 80 tons, 1.5 %
- Armour Deck: 162 tons, 3.0 %
- Conning Tower: 20 tons, 0.4 %
Machinery: 1,832 tons, 33.6 %
Hull, fittings & equipment: 1,701 tons, 31.2 %
Fuel, ammunition & stores: 1,191 tons, 21.8 %
Miscellaneous weights: 0 tons, 0.0 %

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
2,847 lbs / 1,292 Kg = 26.6 x 6.0 " / 152 mm shells or 0.7 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.17
Metacentric height 2.1 ft / 0.7 m
Roll period: 13.5 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 70 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.69
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.02

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
Block coefficient: 0.430
Length to Beam Ratio: 10.70 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 22.40 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 57 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 69
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 30.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 6.56 ft / 2.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 25.59 ft / 7.80 m
- Forecastle (20 %): 18.86 ft / 5.75 m
- Mid (50 %): 18.86 ft / 5.75 m (11.32 ft / 3.45 m aft of break)
- Quarterdeck (15 %): 11.32 ft / 3.45 m
- Stern: 13.12 ft / 4.00 m
- Average freeboard: 15.77 ft / 4.81 m

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 128.9 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 131.9 %
Waterplane Area: 14,789 Square feet or 1,374 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 101 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 67 lbs/sq ft or 326 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.71
- Longitudinal: 1.13
- Overall: 0.75
Caution: Hull subject to strain in open-sea
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
Room for accommodation and workspaces is excellent
Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform
