Deck armor

My Courbet, Provence, Petropavlovsk, Imperatritsa Maria, and Izmail classes are designed with about the armor listed for them on the Warships1 site.

The deck armor for the Imperator Petr Veliki is from a Russian 1914 design. I modified some things about it, but the deck armor wasn't one of them:

It appears that Russian designers had a thing for thick decks, relative to other contemporary designs, as well as for high-caliber guns firing heavy shells. I've tried to reflect those concepts in my initial Russian designs.

As the 1920s progress, these concepts may be modified...
