Persecutor Class, an old one called to action

Hello everyone :)

Since I am designing a lot of ships I think that maybe I
should publish then in one single post, if you agreed. That way I would avoid
the addition of innecesay post on the folder. Of course, if I start bothering
you by publishing too much or if you think I'm spamming many of my designs, you
can tell me to stop. I know that sometimes I can get a little obsessed.

Now, with the ship in cuestion. I base it on the Hunter
class or rather: it is a Hunter class. I wanted to face what it would be like
to take an older vessel and refit it. In this case for a different role. It is
now a convoy escort specialized in anti-submarine warfare. This added some
limatations that made the proces really interesting. I would like to hear your
opinions about it. Keep in mind that it was renovated in 1937-1938.

As far as design spamming goes, no need to worry, keep firing off those designs as it keeps everyone interested!

My first question is what was the original configuration of this design? It helps to understand just what modification you have made to get the current design. Also, my first nit pick would be the number of shells per main gun. If its a quick firing weapon any prolonged action would deplete your ammo quickly. That said if its purely anti sub then you may be okay, you don't need a lot of 4" ammunition to finish off a sub you have forced to the surface due to depth charging.

About the ammo. It´s supposed to be dedicated to sink submarines. Of course that, if is necessary it would make a stand but in that case she would not be alone. So here possibilities are not that grim.

And sorry, with the hurry I completely forgot about it. Here is the original:
