Greetings! Welcome to Wesworld.

I am surprised by some of your design choices, which I suspect forced some compromises upon you. For a turbine-engine cruiser laid down in 1925, the choice of coal as fuel is rather anachronistic. Going with oil fuel will significantly increase efficiency and save internal space within the hull. Also, I would suggest making the main guns quick-firing (QF) rather than breech-loading.

Thanks you, I didn't know about the coal. Also originally it was supposed to have quick fire guns, but I changed in the last minit. I have added some extra range and cruiser speed, also some armor. I am not sure about wich is the criterion for a light cruiser, but I think that maybe I put it to much armor.
The only restriction is the displacement.

No, breech-loading guns are definitely the correct choice for a 6" battery, particularly in the 1920s. 6" / 15cm ammunition is large enough that it requires multiple-piece ammunition (shell, bagged charges, etc). Quick-firing guns should usually (exceptions may occur) be limited to ordnance firing single-piece ammunition.

Post 1940s, 6" could end up with single-piece ammunition, but in these cases the guns would have to feature fully automatic operation due to the weight, meaning that "Automatic" would be more appropriate.

The one major thing I note about the armament is that all of the main guns are marked as 'raised', ie, superfiring. Additionally, they're all placed in single deck mounts on the centerline. For a cruiser in the WWI era, this layout would be suitable, but by 1925 it would be rather obsolete.

I'd suggest, instead, placing your 6" guns in three mount-and-hoist mountings, with two raised guns (in other words, a single superfiring turret), laid out "centerline ends, fore>aft". This gives you a much more modern layout, with better firing arcs and more deck room.

The use of coal, and the high cruising speed, does really take a lot of space in this design. At 10,000 tons standard displacement, I feel you should have plenty of budget for a fourth 6" twin turret and some modest secondaries (perhaps 4" QF). Perhaps try converting the design to oil-fired, and knock the cruise speed down to 5500nm @ 18 knots. That's quite respectable even for someone like the Royal Navy, needing lots of range to patrol the Empire.

Overall, this is a pretty respectable first design.
