Nicely drawn Alex!!

Q for owner of ship: I see 2 MB directors, 1 fore, 1 aft. 2 SB directors, 1 fore, 1 aft. What appear to be tertiary directors amidships beside the fore funnel, but no quintary/AA directors nor RADAR of any kind. Is this correct? Does Columbia have no such technology as of...what is it, 1939 here?

Not the shipowner, but I'd like to point out that both of these ships were sunk in Rio harbor during the South American War, and are drawn as per their Brazilian design; Colombia purchased them but has not yet completed rebuilding them.

The fate of the Rio's is yet to be determined as one ship is significantly damaged. As for the dirrectors, they would likely be replaced by an Atlantean system, which would most likely include two new tower structures fore and aft. The 5 triple 4.7" turrets would likely be replaced by 5-7 twin 5.1" DP guns, also Atlantean.

More secondaries mounts of a larger caliber might cause some issues with magazin space...

Probably not, since they'd be going from 3 to 2 barrels per turret.
