India, Q4/32

Indian Naval Developments - Q4/1932

Note: WAR ECONOMY rules are still in effect this quarter. “W00t”, and what-not.

A. Industrial Allocation

9 of 11 factories producing warship materials for 13,500 t, plus a stockpile of 734 t and deliveries of 2,803 t (278 t from China, the balance from Peru), for a total of 17,037 t. 16,184 t are used, leaving a stockpile of 853 t.

2 of 11 factories are dedicated to infrastructure production and produce 0.2 pts + 0.2 bonus points, plus 0.1 pt war economy pts + 0.05 bonus war economy pts. It’s 0.05 because the 0.1 pt war economy production has only been in effect for half a year.

Turkey transfers over 0.3 IP for its battleship, for a grand total of 0.85 IP

B. Infrastructure Development

The Type 1 drydock at Chennai continues expansion to a Type 4 drydock, and receives 0.45 pts, leaving 2.15 pts to go.

0.4 points are transferred to COSINE.

C. Naval Construction

At As Salif

AR Otta patches up DD Srinigar (92 t), TB T-19 (28 t), and two MTB (14 t total)
AR Otta refits seven local fishing craft to service as harbour patrol boats, using 163 t.

LCV 7, 8 & 9 continue trials

4 PC, 3 LSI, 1 AT, seven harbour patrol defence craft, four harbour defence craft and two tugs commence trials

New units laid down this quarter: none. 7 PH, 5 AN, 2 AU begin refits to service.
