4/11 factories used to manufacture naval materials, plus at stockpile of 452 t = 4,452 t available. Of this, 2,932 t are used, leaving a stockpile of 1,520 tons.
7/11 factories are committed to manufacturing naval infrastructure material, producing 0.7 pts. Bonus points will be produced and allocated in the final quarter.

Factory 12 receives 0.4 pts, for a total of 3.8 pts.
