The South American Conference in Santiago de Cuba began it's work yesterday.

For Atlantis:
The Deputy Foreign Minister Cassius Domiducus

For Peru:
Luis Mora y Lucientes
Juan Pedro Lopez de las Heras

For Columbia:
Sabino Fernandez de Bilbao

For Guyana:
