A. Industrial Allocation
9 of 11 factories producing warship materials for 13,500 t, plus a stockpile of 853 t, for 14,353 t. 12,326 t are used, leaving a stockpile of 2,027 t.
2 of 11 factories are dedicated to infrastructure production and produce 0.2 pts plus 0.1 pt war economy. Turkey transfers over 0.3 IP for its battleship, and Germany transfers 0.5 IP, for a total of 1.1 IP.
B. Infrastructure Development
The Type 1 drydock at Chennai continues expansion to a Type 4 drydock, and receives 0.9 pts, leaving 1.25 pts to go.
0.2 points are transferred to COSINE.
