1939 Bareilly Class destroyers

Texan Cowboy doing some auditing noticed I never changed my BC from the orignal .36 to .38 that was allowed by the rules in the Bareilly Class. That was an oversight on my part. As such I changed the info in the encyclopedia from an enlarged Miraj class to a repeat Miraj (basically copy the Miraj SIM and posted over the original Bareilly SIM) to eliminate the issue.

I work full time as an auditor and I have to admit the kid got skills and pretty good attention to detail. Kudos.
