Their designed L:B ratio pre-dates the change that limits that factor to 11:1 - so that is not a criticism, but a fact of life.
The only adverse comments I have at the moment are on the Kiev class refit.
1 - Why not make the 37mm battery antiaircraft as you did the previous classes?
2 - The percentage of fuel is rather high in the Kiev - more than 26%, and her bunkers at max are practically 1/3 of the full load displacement. This is a touchy subject I know, but it may be a bit too high.
