S2: Contruction ends on PC-5/CL-5 Maunga Terevaka (123 tons delivered) 6735 tons originally needed, will require 472 day to complete (Rebuild to accomidate alterations- 29 days added to construction time and 123 tons of extra materials needed - now finishes during Q3/1926) - 0 tons remaining. Deal made to purchase a pair of floatplane carriers and 12 subchasers from Atlantis. Delivery of items:

SC 1-6 = Q1/1927

SC 7-12 = Q3/1927
675 tons of material transfered to Atlantis for first of four payments.

Construction of American built Coastal Defense Battleship to begin in Q1/1927 at 2,000 tons per quarter until Q4/1928. Ship to be delivered early in Q1/1929. Vessel currently called Almirante Gideon.

Deal for American 8"/55 caliber cannon secured for Armored Cruiser Capitan Tylor.
