How long does it take to build the main guns and turrets for a battles

In my alternat time line the original turrets for my Salamis class were confiscated by the British on the commencement of WW1 In 1919 they agreed to replace the original turrets with an existing design slightly modified for Greek requirements and armed with new 14"/50 (35.6 cm) Mark VI barrels

Taking into consideration that there will be very little R&D involved, how long must I wait for delivery and how long to install them on the ships?
