Good thing that I use "Taisho 'x' Nen 'y' Getsu 'z' Nichi" (= z/y/1914+x-1 => day/month/year) at the top of my report which makes an error in year less visible. However, I did notice that I accidentally marked the Q2 report as "Taisho 10 Nen 3 Getsu 31 Nichi" (March 31, 1923) instead of "Taisho 10 Nen 6 Getsu 30 Nichi" (June 30, 1923)
