Oil Discovered!

Russian oil exploration company SakhalinNeft anounce discovery of Okha Tsentral'naya oil field on North Sakhalin Island, and geological indications are favorable for discovery of additional fields. SakhalinNeft also announce plans to establish oil refinery and to develop port of Okha as terminal for tanker operations.
