A. Industrial Allocation

4/12 factories produce 4000 t of warship materials, with a stockpile of 2,438 t for a total of 6,438 t. 4,292 t are used, leaving a stockpile of 2,146 t.

7/12 factories are committed to manufacturing naval infrastructure materials, producing 0.7 pts. Factory 12, newly completed last quarter, produces 0.1 pts. The seven commited factories produce a bonus of 0.7 pts are also produced, for a total of 1.5 pts.

B. Infrastructure Development

The Type 3 slipway at Kiel receives 1.5 pts for a total of 1.8 pts.
