Collier Araucano laid down at Valparaiso

Experiance in the Western Pacific has shown the Chilean Navy that they need a few additional colliers and oilers. Maipo and Rancangua will be replaced as support ships as the new Araucano-class comes off the slips. As such the Destroyer projects have been placed on hold until the cruiser Guardia Marina Hyatt is finished.
