New CT signatories?

Will the Philipines and denmark be signing the treaty?
The Netherlands is already in the original treaty text so thats a given, but in reguards to Denmark I would suspect that if they are bound to treatys with CT signatories that they would have to be a signatory as well, lest it create some distrust. Any opinions on this?

Considering the limited building capacity of the Danish Ship-building industry, I think it will be some years before I would be in a position to breach treaty limitations anyway!!

Like Denmark, the Phillipines are in no position right now (or if ever) can build anything that exceed's the CT limitations.
