Russian Foreign Ministry delegation arrives in Riga!

At 10:00 AM local time, a delegation led by the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Valantin P. Yegorov arrived in Riga. Minister Yegorov has come to conduct discussions on how the present poor Latvian-Russian relations might be improved.
