[size=3]Inigo Montoya Class Heavy Cruiser[/size]
These cruisers were laid down under the Cleito Treaty, and were found to have some deficiencies in service - namely an armor belt that did not fully protect the ship's vitals.
The class began 25% refits in 1942 that extended the belt a few metres, improved AA defences, and added a full electronics suite.
