I think the only thing I would say is "Relative cross-sectional hull strength: 0.44" should be above 0.50.
Not sure if anything else should be added. Not a real expert on how it should look either, but I think it is a good looking ship.
The bow does remind me a bit of a more modern BB I once drew.

She is very nice looking but for a 1923 design she may have a bit too much superstructure, and she packs more AA than a CA of 1923.

I had to put a 37' plug into the hull to get the strenght up, and as a result the bridge area is a little bigger, I've reduced the AA as suggested (you were right, on second glance it was a little heavy!)
