I'm surprised the U.S. hasn't started more destroyer builds.

They're coming...1936 will see some major increases in construction as far as DD's and CL's go. Want to get the big stuff out of the way, plus have some extra IP to contribute to NATO at the end of the year. The NYC's and the BB refits will be over at the end of the year and I'm still debating how comprehensive a refit to give the "Big 6" and the BC's. plus Ranger and Connie.
