Major refit for Salamis Class Battleships

-Addition of radar - Self explanatory

-Alterations to guns of 65mm and smaller not served by hoists - Removal of single 1"55AA Model 1915 and replacement with twin 20mm/70AA Model 1940

-Changes to catapults and/or above-decks seaplane hangers - Addition of two catapults on quaterdeck and aircraft recovery crane

-Alterations to guns of 66mm-195mm not involving barbette alterations - Removed guns/gunhouses for twin 5"/50BL Model 1930 and replaced with guns/gunhouses for twin 5"/40DP Model 1938 (Built into existing barbettes) Removal of single 4"/45AA Model 1930 and replacement with quad 40mm/60AA Model 1940

-Refurbishment of internal fittings for life-extension purposes - Self explanatory

-Changes to superstructure (i.e. lengthening or widening a deck, adding a deck house) - Additional deck house added for Teledirection equipment operators

Yeah, I just couldn't rationalize doing a 50% Partial Reconstruction. Plus, all the things being done in the Refit can be done at a Port w/o tying up dock space.

She looks good! A much needed refit for a ship with an excellent main armament but aging secondary and AA outfit.
