Folks, I am actually tempted to build this, I find it highly amusing ;-)

Spada, Iberia Fregata laid down 1926

Displacement:
1,225 t light; 1,287 t standard; 1,713 t normal; 2,046 t full load
Loading submergence 164 tons/feet

Dimensions:
252.62 ft x 36.09 ft x 13.12 ft (normal load)
77.00 m x 11.00 m x 4.00 m

Armament:
8 - 3.94" / 100 mm guns (2 Main turrets x 4 guns)
16 - 2.24" / 57 mm AA guns
6 - 0.53" / 14 mm guns
Weight of broadside 335 lbs / 152 kg

Machinery:
Diesel Internal combustion motors,
Geared drive, 2 shafts, 13,606 shp / 10,150 Kw = 24.00 kts
Range 7,000nm at 16.00 kts

Complement:
133 - 173

Cost:
£0.480 million / $1.921 million

Distribution of weights at normal displacement:
Armament: 42 tons, 2.4 %
Machinery: 436 tons, 25.4 %
Hull, fittings & equipment: 648 tons, 37.8 %
Fuel, ammunition & stores: 488 tons, 28.5 %
Miscellaneous weights: 100 tons, 5.8 %

Metacentric height 1.4

Remarks:
Hull space for machinery, storage & compartmentation is adequate
Room for accommodation & workspaces is excellent
Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform
Good seaboat, rides out heavy weather easily

Estimated overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Relative margin of stability: 1.13
Shellfire needed to sink: 1,936 lbs / 878 Kg = 63.4 x 3.9 " / 100 mm shells
(Approx weight of penetrating shell hits needed to sink ship excluding critical hits)
Torpedoes needed to sink: 0.7
(Approx number of typical torpedo hits needed to sink ship)
Relative steadiness as gun platform: 74 %
(Average = 50 %)
Relative rocking effect from firing to beam: 0.62
Relative quality as seaboat: 1.24

Hull form characteristics:
Block coefficient: 0.501
Sharpness coefficient: 0.37
Hull speed coefficient 'M': 6.45
'Natural speed' for length: 15.89 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 67 %
Trim: 60
(Maximise stabilty/flotation = 0, Maximise steadiness/seakeeping = 100)

Estimated hull characteristics & strength:
Underwater volume absorbed by magazines and engineering spaces: 107.9 %
Relative accommodation and working space: 126.7 %
(Average = 100%)
Displacement factor: 131 %
(Displacement relative to loading factors)
Relative cross-sectional hull strength: 0.86
(Structure weight / hull surface area: 61 lbs / square foot or 298 Kg / square metre)
Relative longitudinal hull strength: 3.90
(for 15.42 ft / 4.70 m average freeboard, freeboard adjustment 4.78 ft)
Relative composite hull strength: 1.00

Quads are a poor option for that type of vessel. For one thing, you won't get that much saving in size and weight, because below a certain level, you can't shrink dimensions any more, if people and things are still to fit in. Also, for a sloop, being able to bring guns on several targets is just as important, and having redundancy also. Moreover, I suspect enclosed turrets do have the disadvantage of more difficult maintenance compared to shielded mounts.

Well said and normally sloops are used where larger vessels would be a waist of material - in areas and regions where no full sized navy yard is available and maintenance could be a problem.

Anyway, a nice design....
