Due to everybodies reaction one gets the impression Argetina is totally isolated and one wonders if such a nation would ever have raised its voice against a larger power (even though it is far away) without knowing it will have some support?

Actually, the regicide was precisely a terroristical attack out of the blue, and an extensively prepared and highly sophisticated one at that. The intelligence agency responsible had to obtain the precise choreography of the intended maneuver, as well as sufficient access to KNM Urho Saanio to place an extremely large explosive device there and ensure that it was not discovered prior to the exercise. Given the well-known loyalty and efficiency of the Nordmark Navy, this cannot be explained, except as result of a substantial penetration of that organization by the hostile intelligence service.

I believe that historically, it was only the belligerent nations which stopped and searched neutral merchant-vessels for contraband; neutral nations contended themselves to verifying that the vessels were indeed merchant-vessels, and not naval auxiliaries (f.ex. Altmark) or AMCs.
