The Filipino Air Attache was given his passport today, for conduct incompatible with his diplomatic status. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Timofeievich Sidorov refused further comment.
Hmmm, seems the Filipino's diplomatic staff are getting in trouble all over the world.
Uh? Someone manage to anger the Russian Bear....

Somehow this fails to surprise me.
As I recall, the Philippines was put out that the Russians didn't let somebody watch a demo of a new bomber or something...I wonder if there's a connection there.
