OOC: There was some confusion associated with AOR Diu. I thought I’d need to build her from scratch, but have subsequently decided to do a refit to service. The 2,400 t expended in Q1 and Q2 was excessive to actual needs, but I’ll just ignore that. So, she’s in service as of 7/42.

Note also revised in-service dates for the boom defence ships. Thought they were over the 4+X month threshold but I was wrong.
