Time for a refit

Because some of the chinese ships are getting old, it's time to gave them a refit.

One of these ships is the HICMS Palk Bay. China has two options a) a 50% refit (change of armament & enignes) or only b) a 25% refit (change of armament & life extension).

I don't see any improvement in the speed of the ship by the new engine so I have to go with 25% if it was my choice.

Ditto that. Doesn't look like the engine refit's necessary.

They look like the same sim, as if he posted the same one twice on accident. The machinery weight is identical, which seems odd if one has new engines and the other doesn't.
