E. Other notes:

The Escort Refurbishment Program will see most of the BNS sloops and destroyers receive Level 3 refits over the next two years. The destroyer program is now completed, but two docks will cycle sloops through 1944. The schedule for Q2/44 is:

Sloop Docks: 1 x Salem class, weeks 1-4, turnaround weeks 5-6, 1 x Vidisha class weeks 7-13

Refit costs are incurred in the quarter that the refits commence; this is 162*2 = 324 t for the two sloops.


F. Scrap Report:

AO Mahanadi's scrapping takes into account that she was built "mil-spec", for a cost of 8,857 t. 664 t will be received back in each of Q4/44 and Q1/45.
