Why would Canada be concerned about Brazil's battlecruisers? I would say the more likely target is the Japanese :D. Or Hoo (looks for some sort of payment from the SAE to Germany).

Bah. The BCs are simple enough: I thought I'd copied and moved their entries but I really hadn't when I deleted them from the slips. The CL I hadn't entered in my spreadsheet for some reason, so I didn't put it on the writeup. I moved Munich so the Peruvian attache could visit both Quechua and Quito easily on the same trip.
