A. Factories

1/8 factories = being reorginized at a spoil of war. Will begin production for Chile in Q1/1935 at 0.9 level as it was used for wartime production of Bolivia.

5/8 factories = 4,500t of material + 84 tons in Q3/1934 from scrap
4,584t are used, leaving a stockpile of 0t. (0.9 level due to wartime production)

2/8 factories (committed) = 0.2 infrastructure pts.
0/8 factories (flexible) = 0.0 pts = 0.2 pts available

Construction continues on Heavy Armored Cruiser "General O'Higgins" (AC-5).

Work continues on the "15 inch/51 caliber" cannon project, which has expanded into the Oyama-Pacifica Ordinance Work factory.

Chile ends its full war footing from Q2/1934 as stated in Q1/1932 report....Factories at 90%.

Added spoils of war factory to list. It will enter service in Q1/1935 at reduced levels to reflect its use during the war just as the Chilean factories have been reduced.

If there are suggestion of this matter I'll listen.
