Q3?
Looks like the conference on Bolivia is winding down, most everyone has posted their turns for Q2, etc. Is it getting close to time for another Treaty conference?
My point of view
No, I´m truly not ready for Q3. I still need to do quite a bit for Q2.......
Me neither: I've still got a fair bit to do for Q2.
Not until I get home next week.
Another fun and production treaty conference? Maybe not.
I have a few things planned for Italy throughout the rest of 1934 but the timing isn't particularly important.

Heck I was under the impression we hadn't formally started Q2, just had some players leaking forward. Including me for a couple items.

I'm guessing that we'll need a new forum for this 1934 conference. It might be prudent to get started now so as to keep things moving.
I think it might be premature to start the conference, RLBH and Hoo sound busy with Q2 matters, and if I read the post dates right Desertfox and ShinRa are absent, and we don't know if Canis is up to hosting yet.
So, is it time to get started now?
I´m ready for the report but news will take more time. However, fire away if you like...

Its probably a good idea to start the conference talks now to kick some life back into things and so that we don't get too bogged down.
I will be leaving today and wont be back until Monday but go on ahead without me, there isn't much going on in Australia and Mexico in Q3 (MacRobertsons Race isn't until October Q4).

One of the mods might want to create the section for the San Francisco talks so those can get started. Even if Canis isn't quite ready to do any welcoming speeches, the attending nations can post their arrivals.
Not to mention that I'm quite looking forward to Hood's post of this year's Talons festivities. It was always good, but this time I actually have planes there, so.....
The Talon's report is usually a good read. I think Italy has a chance of winning this year as well.
