(Well, I certainly hope I made no errors in this report (fat chance). When It was almost finished, I forgot that I had to add 5 more ships to the building program. Originally I shifted the whole lot, but In the end I decided to fill up everything I had and take the tonnages needed from the Zuiho and Shoho. Also, I f**ked up a few of the earlier reports so that the calculations for the tonnages (which are correct) needed to construct the Zuiho and Shoho no longer matched the reports (which I messed up))

The budget of the Imperial Navy for this year was 5.5 billion yen. We went over the limit by 620 million. I shuffled the funds a bit so that we could still finance the ships (after all, I am good at that and that is why you have assigned me to this job).

Of the 26 factories available to the empire, Factories I to XII are used for the infrastructure (fixed for the year. Note: Factory XIII was released for warship materials during the 2nd quarter) for 1.2 +1.2 = 2.4 points in the quarter. Factories XIII to XXVI are assigned to produce materials to be used in the warships for a total of 14000 tons in the quarter.

The 3rd class destroyers Ulicul (NBF-XVII), Elma (NBF-XVIII), Ananda (NBF-XIX), Linsa (NBF-XX), Salome (SBF-XXI), Concord (NBF-XXII), Puula (NBF-XXIII), Ochestro (NBF-XXIV), Wilma (NBF-XXV), Build (NBF-XXVI), Elala (NBF-XXVII) of the FSS: F class were laid down on 10/1/1922. Each ship requires 581 tons and 10 months construction time. It is expected that they will be launched Early February 1923 and will be ready Late July 1923.
The 3rd class destroyers Melcorr Litra, King Lader VIII Emperor Colus III and Empress Elmelah Colus of the FSS: OC class were laid down on 10/2/1922.
The 3rd class destroyers Queen Lizard Meistner of the FSS: OC class was laid down on 11/1/1922
Amaterasu-no-Mikoto, Amaterasu-no-Mikado, Mission Rouath, Lord Ballanka, Queen ÁËÌÅÁÉÏÓ, Roados Dragoon, Decors Weissmel, Grard Sydmian, Dr. Chrome Ballanche, Dr. Prisen Corks, Dr. Morard Carbyte, Dr. Steel Koop, Aisha Codante, Landwand Spacorn, Falk U. Rogner, Lie Ex, Spector, Dr. Dippa Dorpos, Hind Kill, and Leopard Crytharis of the FSS: OC class were laid down on 11/15/1922.
Each ship requires 573 tons and 10 months construction time. It is expected that they will be launched Early February (Group I), Early March (Group II) and Late March (Group III) and will be ready Late July (Group I) Late August (Group II) and Early September (Group III) 1923.

III) Status of ships under construction at the end of the first quarter.
Of the 14,000 tons, the Zuiho will receive 3x500 = 1500 tons, the Shoho will receive 2x500 and 1x485 = 1485 tons, and Kameko-chan will receive 1x653 = 653 tons. Machi, Kyo, Rere-Sha, Andoromedaa, Suparichuuta, Akiresu, Ikarosu, Tiita, Kurakarain, Efuroshuune, Kare, Pashitea, Aguraia, Tairea, Aukusoo, Arekutoo, Megaera, Teisuhoon, Yuupandara, Atorobosu, and Rakishisu will each receive 1x59 = 59 tons. Factories XIII to XXVI produce 7000 tons of civilian materials in the quarter.
The Empress Asako was laid down on October 5 and will require 48 months construction time and 38,997 tons of materials.
Of the 7,000 tons produced, the Empress Yoshiko gets 2000 tons and the Empress Yasuko and Empress Asako will each get 2500 tons.
The Empress Yoshiko still requires 33 months and 19,247 tons of materials at the end of the fourth quarter.
The Empress Yasuko still requires 39 months and 29,747 tons of materials at the end of the fourth quarter.
