A few issues

I personally have a few concerns about a few players. I know we have recently let in three new players to fill in for the missing players but when I look at the quarterly reports for some nations its a big puzzle.
I can understand that we all have lives beyond cyberspace and I'll never complain about that but IMO quarterly reports take just a few minutes to put up and some players have long runs without them. Lets get those quarterly reports up, I'm sure we all are less worried about late news.
