Wings of a Kite:
This badge is awarded after the successful completion of one of the air force academies. It is awarded as education acknowledgment to all pilots and is therefore not actually an award for military services.
Appearance:
The roundel of the Chinese Air Force is between two Kite Wings.

The "
Wings" are worn as a badge on top of the medal bar on the left side of the uniform and over the breast pocket on the service shirt.

The following awards can be awarded to all members of the Air Force, and are a „
visible sign of appreciation for parole at the front line in the air“ . They apply to:
- Day Fighters
- Night Fighters
- Long Range Day Fighters
- Air to Ground Support Fighters
- Bombers
- Reconnaissance
- Transport and Glider
Medal of Rapacious Condor: awarded for 50 flight hours or 5 missions.
Medal of Winged Leopard: awarded for 100 flight hours or 10 missions.
Medal of Flying Tiger: awarded for 250 flight hours or 25 missions.
Medal of Winged Lion: awarded for 500 flight hours or 50 missons.
Medal of Flying Dragon: awarded for 700 flight hours or 70 missions.
Appearance:
A circular medal, surrounded by rice sectors. In the middle the mentioned animal is depicted - holding a flash in its claws.

The Order is worn on the left breast pocket.

Battle Stars:
The Battle Star is an attachment to the Order and Medal of the Chinese Air Force, which can be given once or several times during military operations. Thus, the following stars will be awarded:
- 1 Star for 1 Kill
- 2 Stars for 3 Kills
- 3 Stars for 5 Kills
- 4 Stars for 10 Kills
- 5 Stars for 25 Kills
- 6 Stars for 40 Kills
- 7 Stars for 50 Kills
- 8 Stars for 75 Kills
- 9 Stars => 100 Kills
