Time to pause some nations?

Should we have some nations take a pause so that all WW states are in the same Q for SIM reports and news?

We're already moving a bit slowly, IMHO; but I have some serious writing to finish before Q3 is over. What makes it worse is that I'm probably going to be moving in seven days.
