Bulgaria allegedly used them as pillboxes, the second one I read on some board I don't know how reliable this info is...

If you mean after the war, France and Sweden.

If you mean countries that withdrew from the Axis, I have not a clue!

France wasnt in the Axis even if they used Panthers and sweden bought one panther from the French

Yes the Stridsvagn 103.

Technically T-80 engine is also supplementary as it uses diesel for low speeds.
