Nautical Disaster

Early this morning the battleship France sank suddenly after some sort of collision. Charts of the sea bottom in the reported area of the incident show no undersea hazard, and no other ships were reported damaged. There were also no indications of hostile action, and the fleet of France remains at peacetime status. Early reports do not indicate sizable personnel losses, for which a grateful France gives thanks. More information will be reported in these pages as they come available.
