Doesn't this go against China's membership of Satsuma with the aim of removing the imperialists by force?

I don't think the SATSUMA charter prevents peacefull forms of removing Imperialistic forces from the pacific.

That being said I can think of more imperialistic forces than France or Russia.

Like Iberia and the rest of the AANM gang!

It doesn't prevent it, but does propose forceful means as well.

Iberia is a federation.

SATSUMA's objective is to empower Asian peoples, using any and all means necessary. Diplomacy is preferred but war is an option, as has always been the case in international affairs.

It's been SATSUMA's informal policy to only conclude non-aggression treaties with other powers as a bloc, and not as individual. However, we didn't get around to discussing this point with China.

Being a federation doesn't stop one from being imperialistic. Republics have been known to be imperialistic even when they claim they are not.

I'm still not sure how Iberia became a federation, it seems so against the national spirit and ideology. Did they get rid of the Catholic faith as well?

It concerns here the 1896 built Protected Cruisers, which belong momentarily still to the reserve fleet. All three ships should be scraped to the end of the year.

The first ship, the “Hai Yung” , was dragged for this into the drydock in Shanghai, where the workers immediately began with their job.

Due to the approaching completion of some ships of the Wu-plan, thus the costs of the maintenance of the Chinese navy are to be lowered.
