So you're producing 27,000 tons of materials, carry over 1,279 tons of stockpiled materials, and end up with 27,064 tons? And then you use 28,213 tons of materials and have 66 tons left over?

I think your total materials available should be 28,279 tons, because then all the math works out right... :P
