Tuesday 07. October 1947; Bohai Shipbuilding Tianjin
The Bohai Shipyard's visitors' gallery is filled during the festivities for the laying of further ships of the Chinese Navy. The 4 vessels of the Hai Ou - Class are the first batch out of 5. These ships will make ship traffic in the South China Sea safer and will curb the threat of the enemies of the Chinese empire.

Are the details of the Hai Ou class posted anywhere; I've looked but come up empty-handed.

This is the Jiangmu, the ex-Filipino Lagonoy, yes? I don't suppose you happen to have a sim of the rebuilt ship handy, do you?

Okiedokie.
For reference, when the Jiangmu passes the Sunda Strait, there shall be a French destroyer loitering about to take pictures and shadow her for at least a few hours. Nothing particularly aggressive in nature - they'll keep at least 2-3km minimum distance; just keeping a watch on a ship that has already proven to be politically troublesome. ;)
