Refurbishment of the Atinai Class Cruisers

I'm planning on trying to refurbish the Atinai class "escort" cruisers, hoping to get a useful CL out of them. However, alt_naval's only sim is in Springsharp V1. So, I whipped this up in SS2. The light displacement and hull dimensions are the same, as is the armament and armor thickness, speed, range, and other important stuff, however the rest of the weights are all off. Would this be a satisfactory pallet to start working from?

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
12,002 lbs / 5,444 Kg = 111.1 x 6.0 " / 152 mm shells or 2.3 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.18
Metacentric height 2.9 ft / 0.9 m
Roll period: 14.0 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 70 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.33
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 1.49

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
Block coefficient: 0.472
Length to Beam Ratio: 8.60 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 22.14 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 46 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 47
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0.00 ft / 0.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 20.00 ft / 6.10 m
- Forecastle (20 %): 20.00 ft / 6.10 m
- Mid (50 %): 20.00 ft / 6.10 m (10.00 ft / 3.05 m aft of break)

Eh.....you would be conducting a refit anyways, so, as long as the speed, range, dimensions, including BC, (continues in droning voice), armour, weapons, and anything else I missed are exactly the same, we shouldn't have a problem, because it will change with the refit.

An edited Springsharp 2.0 sim for the Atinai class appears to be located at the bottom of this post.

Looking over this new sim, it appears at first glance to get all the key features correct, and has the same light displacement. I'd say it's close enough to use to work on a rebuild project.

That's the sim I used to get this one. It doesn't include all the relevant information such as freeboard, hoist/other armor, belt height, etc which is why I made the new one.

The orginal SS said that it had Turrets and Barbettes....so that would need to be fixed.
