Following the outbreak of war in the South Atlantic and the concerns expressed by several Latin American countries about their safety the Iberian Government has guaranteed the sovereignty and territorial integrityof all Latin American countries against any aggressor. Even now a major naval squadron, headed by sevaral battleships is assembling in order to lend weight to this statement and mount a neutrality patrol in Iberian waters in the Caribbean.
