April Issue.

Not much to announce this time round.
The Navy is going to lay down another 4 "River" class gunboats, with the 6 "D" class submarines continuing from the last quarter.

I don't know about the rest of my fellow students in the Academy, but I hadn't planned on spending my first cruise on a GUNBOAT!!!!!!!!
